If you do not already have an AdSense account you will need to upload a non AdSense website first, so you can apply, you can download a non Adsense website totally FREE HERE

You must upload the contents of the 'Upload Before Applying For Adsense' folder to your webspace before you apply for your Google Adsense account, this is a website with all the Google AdSense code removed, as you cannot apply for Google AdSense without a working website and it cannot already have AdSense built in to it.

Once your website is uploaded to your chosen web host you are ready to apply for Google AdSense.
